On our way to Boston!

Day 1:

We tried hard to get ready ahead of time but Kyle and I were still up until close to 12:00am last night. So when our alarm went off at 3:15 this morning, we had to drag ourselves out of bed. Our goal was to leave our house at 4:00 am. We ended up closing our garage door at 4:30. Despite both of us being very tired the drive wasn't to bad. We took turns driving and napping. Jessi even took her turn. She drove through part of Indiana into Ohio. She managed lots of construction and semis. She did fantastic and it really helped to give us a few more breaks. We stopped for the night in Rochester NY. We unloaded our car at our hotel at about 8:30pm. Tomorrow we hope to be on the road at 8:00. We have about 6 more hours of driving before we reach Boston. We spent the night at very nice Hampton Inn. The room was great.

Kyle finally has a chance to check out all there is to do in Boston.

At the end of the night the kids settled into doing what they do at home.
